BDV Professional Laser Hair Remover for Women has 5 speed settings and two flash modes which are manual and automatic.
- For about 3 to 5 seconds, press the flash button. After that, the flash mode will switch to automatic mode. If the "ready" on the LCD screen flashes, it means that the automatic mode is successfully switched. In this mode, the device will flash automatically when it touches the skin (Note: please do not let the laser head touch the skin when you change the mode, to avoid unsuccessful switching).
- There are 5 energy levels available in BDV Professional Laser Hair Remover for Women. To change the energy levels, just press the power button briefly.

Shipping is free for the United States of America, but is $9.99 for the rest of the world. We take 2-4 days to carefully prepare your order. We ship every day except Sundays and holidays. Delivery time usually varies between one and three weeks depending on your geographical area. In order to receive your package, you will need to provide your current address.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods may not be returned. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Also, in the event of a declaration of non-receipt, if the tracking indicates as delivered, no compensation can be paid. Cancellation of an order is no longer possible when it is already at the shipping stage.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75 USD, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
